Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect a mobile phone number only when you give it to us — on a booking or application form, in the chat widget on this site, or directly in conversation with us.
If you opt in, we may send you SMS about your enquiry, scheduling and reminders for your call, onboarding steps, and account or service updates while you are a client. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, business name.
- Business context you give us: your offer, revenue range, ad spend, and what you are trying to fix.
- Site and campaign data: pages visited, referring source, and UTM parameters, via cookies and similar technologies.
- Client account data if you become a client: performance data from the advertising and analytics accounts you grant us access to.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run your call, and follow up.
- To deliver the service if you become a client, and to report on it.
- To measure which marketing works, so we spend our own budget sensibly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
We use service providers to run the business, and they process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. These include our CRM and messaging platform, our email provider, our scheduling tool, our website host, and the advertising and analytics platforms we operate on. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Client data: if you are a client, the assets and data we work with live in your own platform accounts. They remain yours, and we never move them into infrastructure we own. One client's data is never used for, or disclosed to, another client.
Your choices and rights
- SMS: reply STOP to any message to stop them.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion: email us and we will action it.
- Cookies: you can block or delete them in your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
