SMS Terms
Programme: Hat Funnels sends SMS about your enquiry, call scheduling and reminders, onboarding, and account or service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in
We only send SMS to people who have given their mobile number and agreed to receive messages — on a booking or application form, through the chat widget on this site, or directly in conversation with us. Consent is collected at the point you give us the number, and is never bought, rented, or assumed from any other source.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop sending. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that unless you opt in again. You can also email us to be removed.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
The service
The Volume Testing System is a flat-rate monthly subscription covering paid acquisition management, creative testing at volume, and funnel optimisation, as described on the home page.
- Month to month. No fixed term. Pause or cancel at any time.
- You own everything. Ad accounts, pages, creative and automations are built in your accounts, on your platforms, and remain your property. On offboarding you keep all of it and our access is revoked.
- Ad spend is separate from the subscription fee, is funded by you, and is billed by the advertising platforms directly to your own accounts.
- Delivery guarantee. First creative batch live within 7 business days of full account access, or your first month is free.
- No outcome guarantee. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, or other result. Advertising results depend on your offer, your market and factors outside our control. The no-contract structure is the risk reversal.
- Your responsibilities. Timely account access, approval decisions within the agreed window, and accuracy of the claims and materials you ask us to advertise.
Results and testimonials
Any figures, case studies or testimonials shown on this site describe specific past engagements. They are not typical, not a promise, and not a projection of what you will achieve.
Intellectual property
Site content, the Volume Testing System name, and our internal frameworks and templates remain ours. Work product created for you as a client, in your accounts, is yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost ad spend.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the site or service means you accept the revision.
